Key Responsibilities

Equity Research

- Conduct fundamental and technical analysis of listed companies, covering business models, industry dynamics, financial statements, earnings, cash flows, competitive positioning, price trends, momentum and market structure.
- Track quarterly results, management commentary, corporate developments, sector trends and relevant market developments.
- Prepare company research reports, investment notes, valuation analysis and investment theses.
- Build and maintain financial models for forecasting and valuation, including financial projections, DCF and relative valuation.
- Monitor market and sector trends and develop actionable investment insights.

Mutual Fund Research

- Conduct qualitative and quantitative research across mutual fund categories.
- Analyse fund performance, portfolio composition, risk, consistency, fund manager strategy and investment style.
- Compare funds across relevant parameters and support Mutual Fund selection and investment decisions.
- Track changes in fund portfolios, performance trends and other relevant developments.

Portfolio Rebalancing

- Monitor existing portfolios and investment positions.
- Assist in portfolio rebalancing, asset allocation and position-sizing decisions.
- Evaluate portfolio holdings based on fundamentals, valuations, market conditions and investment objectives.
- Identify opportunities and risks within portfolios and support periodic portfolio reviews and investment updates.

Education & Qualifications
- Graduate / Post-Graduate in Finance / CFA level 1, Economics, Commerce or a related field.
- Candidates pursuing professional qualifications in Finance will be an added advantage.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in Equity Research, Investment Research, Wealth Management or a related investment role.
- Strong working knowledge of Fundamental Analysis,



Technical Analysis, Financial Statement Analysis, Company Valuation and Investment Research.
- Working knowledge of preparing financial models, including financial projections, DCF and relative valuation, is preferred.
- Good understanding of Excel and financial research platforms.
- Strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills.
