Job Summary

Exemed Pharmaceuticals is looking for an experienced ESG Specialist to drive ESG strategy, sustainability reporting, compliance, and ESG ratings across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement ESG & sustainability initiatives aligned with business objectives.
- Conduct ESG risk assessment, materiality assessment and gap analysis.
- Prepare ESG disclosures and sustainability reports as per BRSR, GRI, IFRS S1 & S2, SASB and TCFD.
- Manage and improve ESG ratings such as EcoVadis, CDP and CSA.
- Coordinate with EHS, HR, Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain and Operations for ESG data and initiatives.
- Monitor ESG performance, identify improvement areas and drive action plans.
- Ensure compliance with evolving ESG regulations and customer/investor requirements.




- Support ESG audits, assessments and stakeholder communications.

Qualification & Skills
- Bachelors/Master’s degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Life Sciences, Pharmacy or related field.
- 4–5 years of relevant ESG/Sustainability experience, preferably in Pharma/Manufacturing.
- Solid knowledge of ESG reporting frameworks and sustainability standards.
- Hands-on experience with EcoVadis, CDP and CSA preferred.
- Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.
