Job Role : Senior Director EMS (Energy Management Systems) Advisor | Bangalore

We are looking for a senior Energy / Renewable Energy professional to join a strategic initiative supporting Honeywell’s growth in Energy Management Systems (EMS), Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), Renewable Energy, and Energy Transition .

? Role: Senior Director EMS Advisor

? Location: Bangalore

? Work Model: 4+1 Hybrid

? Key Responsibilities

- Analyze global renewable energy and energy-transition market trends.
- Provide market intelligence and strategic insights on EMS, BESS, solar, wind and emerging energy technologies.
- Identify market opportunities and evaluate customer RFQs/RFPs and tenders.
- Analyze competitor offerings, technology trends and market strategies.
- Contribute to product and technology roadmap development.
- Support strategic investment and business decisions in renewable-energy technologies.
- Work closely with Strategy, Sales, Marketing and Technology teams.
- Support pre-sales, customer engagements and strategic business discussions.
- Provide insights on government regulations, grid compliance and industry standards.
- Coach and mentor engineering teams and support capability development.

? Required Experience & Expertise
- 15+ years of experience ,



with 20+ years preferred , in the energy/power/renewable-energy domain.
- Strong experience in Renewable Energy, EMS, BESS, Solar, Wind and Power Systems .
- Strong understanding of energy transition and emerging energy technologies .
- Experience in market intelligence, strategy, product/technology roadmap or business development .
- Strong techno-commercial and strategic understanding.
- Exposure to RFQs, RFPs, government tenders and PSU projects .
- Understanding of grid compliance, CEA regulations and renewable-energy policies .
- Experience working with utilities, power-generation companies, renewable-energy organizations or industrial automation companies.
- Global market exposure across India, USA, Australia, Middle East or other major renewable-energy markets is desirable.
- Solid stakeholder management, communication and customer-facing skills.
