ORN Journeys is looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Relationship Manager to join our growing Tours & Travel team in Bengaluru.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong customer relationships, understanding travel requirements, recommending suitable travel solutions, driving repeat business, and identifying opportunities for upselling and referrals.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Understand customer travel requirements, preferences and budgets.
- Recommend suitable tour packages, destinations and travel solutions.
- Handle customer enquiries through calls, email and other communication channels.
- Follow up with customers and ensure timely resolution of queries.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer journey.
- Drive repeat bookings and generate customer referrals.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Maintain accurate customer information and interactions in CRM.
- Handle customer feedback and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Support customers before, during and after their travel.
- Achieve assigned revenue, conversion and customer retention targets.
- Develop long-term customer relationships and contribute to business growth.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor's degree / MBA or equivalent qualification.
- 1–3 years of experience in Relationship Management, Customer Experience, Sales, Travel, Hospitality or related fields.
- Age: Up to 30 years.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer relationship management skills.
- Good convincing, negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Customer-focused and target-oriented approach.
- Comfortable with sales, follow-ups and revenue targets.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
- Experience in the travel, tourism or hospitality industry will be an advantage.
- Kannada/Hindi and English communication skills will be an added advantage.
