nWhat Our Client Is Looking For:

Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA); additional certification in CMA / CFA / Business Analytics is a robust plusn
Prior experience working with VC-funded companies highly preferredn
Solid understanding of financial reporting, compliance, and statutory requirementsn
Exposure to fundraising processes, investor reporting, and financial due diligencen
Analytical mindset with ability to convert financial data into actionable business insightsn
Proficiency in financial modeling,
MIS reporting, and budgetingn

nKey Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end financial accounting, compliance, and auditsn
Support fundraising activities, including investor reporting and due diligencen
Drive financial planning, analysis, and business analytics initiativesn
Ensure adherence to regulatory and statutory requirements (GST, TDS, income tax, ROC filings, etc.)n
Collaborate with the client's leadership on financial strategy and decision-makingn
Prepare and present MIS reports, cash flow statements, and budget forecastsn
