- Lead and manage the technical evaluation process for Loan Against Property (LAP) proposals within the SME segment
- Conduct and review property valuations, inspections, and technical due diligence to ensure policy compliance
- Coordinate with credit, risk, and legal teams to ensure smooth and accurate loan assessments
- Monitor and manage the performance of empaneled valuers and technical agencies, ensuring timely and quality reporting
- Assess market trends and update property valuation benchmarks periodically
- Ensure accuracy in documentation, adherence to internal SOPs, and risk mitigation through robust technical scrutiny
- Provide expert guidance and training to regional teams for consistent quality in technical assessments
- Collaborate with zonal and state teams to drive efficiency, reduce TAT, and enhance process reliability
