About the Role:

Care and Cure Home Health Care Service is seeking a dedicated and compassionate

Registered Nurse – Home Healthcare to join our healthcare team in Thiruvananthapuram. In this role, you will travel to patients' residences to deliver essential nursing care, health monitoring, and personalized medical support .

Key Responsibilities:

- Visit assigned patients at their homes across designated routes in Thiruvananthapuram.
- Administer nursing care, including vitals monitoring, wound dressing, catheter care, injections, IV administration, and medication management.
- Assess patient health condition and report updates to attending doctors/family members.
- Maintain accurate patient visit logs and care documentation.
- Ensure high standards of hygiene, safety, and patient satisfaction during visits.

Requirements & Qualifications:

- Qualification: General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM) or B.Sc. Nursing.
- Vehicle Requirement:



Two-wheeler and a valid driving license are mandatory.
- Experience: 0 to 3+ years in home healthcare, hospital nursing, or clinic operations (Freshers with strong clinical skills may apply).
- Languages: Fluency in Malayalam (English is an added advantage).
- Key Traits: Positive communication, punctuality, empathy, and professional integrity.
- Working Time: 10 Hours per day
