Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Manager to lead business performance, retail expansion, and operational excellence across Exclusive Brand Outlets (EBOs) in Karnataka & Goa. The role involves driving revenue growth, optimizing profitability, managing large teams, and ensuring consistent brand standards across all retail touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

Business & Sales Performance

- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets across the region.
- Monitor KPIs including sell-through, average bill value, and conversion rates.
- Analyze regional sales data and provide actionable insights.

Retail Operations Management

- Ensure smooth functioning of all stores in line with SOPs.
- Drive operational efficiency through cost control, inventory management, and manpower productivity.
- Oversee visual merchandising and ensure brand consistency.

Team Leadership & Development

- Lead, motivate, and train Area Managers, Store Managers, and retail staff.
- Conduct performance reviews and identify training needs to enhance efficiency and customer experience.





Expansion & Business Development

- Identify potential locations for new store openings.
- Collaborate with Projects and Business Development teams for rollouts.
- Build strong relationships with mall operators, landlords, and local partners.

Customer Experience & Brand Standards

- Ensure superior customer service across outlets.
- Implement brand initiatives, seasonal campaigns, and promotions effectively.

Coordination & Reporting

- Liaise with Marketing, HR, Finance, and Supply Chain teams for smooth operations.
- Provide regular business updates and MIS reports to the Head Office.

Key Requirements

- Graduate / MBA preferred, with 1215 years of experience in retail operations.
- Prior experience managing Exclusive Brand Outlets (EBOs) in Karnataka & Goa is essential.
- Proven track record of leading large teams and delivering solid sales growth.
- Strong analytical, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the region.
