Recruitment Specialist | Noida Sector-135, Uttar Pradesh The Role

- We are looking for someone with hands-on experience in end-to-end IT & Non-IT recruitment, who can go beyond sourcing and take ownership of client coordination, account management and recruitment delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage recruitment assignments from requirement understanding to joining.

- Source candidates through Job Portals, LinkedIn, networking, referrals and databases.

- Screen and assess candidates and coordinate interviews with clients.

- Build quality talent pipelines through research, talent mapping and market mapping.

- Handle client servicing and account management.

- Manage salary negotiations, offers and joining formalities.

- Maintain regular communication with clients and candidates.

- Take ownership of assigned accounts and contribute towards business targets / mini P&L;.

- Maintain recruitment MIS, trackers and candidate databases.





- Continuously improve sourcing strategies and recruitment delivery.

What Were Looking For

- 1–7 years of recruitment experience, preferably with a recruitment consultancy.

- Robust exposure to IT & Non-IT recruitment.

- Experience in Manufacturing, HVAC, Retail & E-Commerce, Fashion & Lifestyle, Book Publishing, Agri-Business, etc. is an advantage.

- Strong communication, networking, negotiation and client-handling skills.

- Proficient with MS Office suites.

- Self-driven, target-oriented and capable of working independently.

- Stable career track record will be preferred.

- Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM-HR preferred.
