Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced US Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for IT, Non-IT, and Healthcare positions for US clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Source and screen candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, databases, and other channels.
- Understand client requirements and identify qualified candidates.
- Manage the recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to interview, offer, and joining.
- Conduct candidate screening and assess skills, experience, availability, and work authorization.
- Coordinate interviews and maintain regular candidate follow-ups.
- Maintain recruitment trackers/ATS and achieve submission, interview, and joining targets.
- Build strong candidate relationships and minimize offer dropouts.

Requirements Freshers with excellent Communication skills are also welcomed

- 1 + years of US Recruitment / US Staffing experience.
- Experience in IT, Non-IT, Healthcare, or multiple US staffing domains.
- Solid knowledge of US recruitment processes and sourcing techniques.
- Excellent English communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience with LinkedIn, Indeed, Dice, Monster, or similar portals.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven US shift environment.
