Job Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and connect with potential property buyers.
- Explain property projects, pricing, payment plans, and offers to clients.
- Arrange and conduct property site visits.
- Follow up with prospective customers and build strong client relationships.
- Negotiate with clients and assist in closing property deals.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain lead records.
Requirements:
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Strong negotiation and follow-up abilities.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Experience in real estate sales or property dealing is preferred.
- Freshers with positive communication skills may also apply.
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
