KS Dream Homes Pvt. Ltd. is hiring Real Estate Sales Executives for property/plot sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Potential customers ko property/plot ki complete information dena.
- Daily customer calling aur lead follow-up karna.
- Interested customers ko office/property site visit ke liye coordinate karna.
- Customers ko location, plot size, pricing aur available options explain karna.
- Property site visits handle karna.
- Customer queries ka timely follow-up karna.
- Interested customers ko sales closing tak guide karna.
- Daily calls, leads aur follow-ups ka record maintain karna.

Job Targets
- Daily customer calling and lead follow-up.
- Monthly minimum 8 customer/site visits target as applicable to the salary plan.
- Sales performance ke basis par applicable commission/incentives.

Salary & Commission Fixed Salary: ₹15,000/month + 1% commission on applicable plot sales, subject to company terms and targets.

Candidate Requirements

- Minimum qualification:



10th / 12th pass / Graduate.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Positive communication and customer-handling skills.
- Sales aur field work mein interest.
- Customer calling aur follow-up ke liye comfortable.
- Property/site visits ke liye comfortable.
- Real estate/sales experience will be an advantage.
