We are looking for a highly motivated Radiology Junior Resident to join our Medical Imaging Research Project. Role Overview

As a Radiology Junior Resident, you will collaborate with clinicians, researchers, biomedical engineers, and product teams to contribute to high-impact medical imaging research. You will support image interpretation, literature review, annotation, and the development of evidence-based educational and research content while ensuring clinical accuracy and adherence to radiological best practices.

Key Responsibilities

- Review and analyze radiological images across multiple imaging modalities (X-ray, CT, MRI, Ultrasound, etc.)
- Assist in medical imaging research, dataset validation, and image annotation projects
- Support the preparation of research manuscripts, case reports, literature reviews, and scientific publications
- Validate imaging findings and ensure alignment with established radiological guidelines
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including clinicians, AI engineers, product managers, designers, and researchers
- Contribute to the development of educational radiology content, imaging tutorials, and clinical case discussions
- Participate in research meetings, knowledge-sharing sessions, and project reviews
- Record and present educational imaging videos, webinars, reels, and short-form content for digital learning platforms

Eligibility Criteria

- Currently pursuing or recently completed an MD in Radiology (Junior Resident preferred)




- Strong academic background with sound knowledge of diagnostic imaging
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to critically interpret medical literature and imaging findings
- Comfortable working in US time zones (night shifts as required)

Qualifications

- Strong understanding of radiological anatomy, pathology, and imaging protocols
- Technology foundations (Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint & Prompt Engineering)
- Experience with clinical research methodologies is preferred
- Familiarity with AI-assisted medical imaging or image annotation tools is an added advantage
- Excellent analytical, presentation, and scientific writing skills
