Key Responsibilities

- Quality Management: Design, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure reliable diagnostic results and compliance with ISO/IEC 15189 standards.

- Collection-Centre Operations: Oversee day-to-day activities at sample collection facilities, managing sample integrity, logistics, turnaround times (TAT), and inventory.

- NABL Compliance: Prepare labs and collection units for NABL audits, manage documentation, and handle corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

- Phlebotomist Training: Train and mentor collection staff on proper venipuncture techniques, patient care, safety protocols, and biomedical waste disposal.

- Centre Audits: Conduct routine internal audits across various collection sites to spot errors, ensure SOP adherence, and maintain audit readiness.

- Team Handling: Lead, guide, and evaluate phlebotomists and support teams to foster a solid workplace culture of quality and accountability.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
