Role Objective

We are looking for a qualified and experienced QC Pharmacist / Senior Pharmacist cum In-Charge to manage pharmacy hub operations, including inwarding, quality verification, inventory control, purchase returns, dispatch, compliance, and team supervision.

Key Responsibilities

Verify incoming medicines and pharmaceutical products at SKU level, including batch number, expiry date, MRP, quantity, and pack size.

Perform QC checks and ensure accurate GRN (Goods Receipt Note) processing.

Maintain proper FIFO/FEFO practices for inventory management.

Monitor stock levels and identify slow-moving, non-moving, and near-expiry inventory.

Handle vendor purchase returns related to damage, shortage, and other discrepancies.

Coordinate with Accounts and vendors for Credit Note (CN) reconciliation and closure.

Maintain daily inventory and stock trackers using MS Excel.

Review store indents and supervise picking, packing, and dispatch activities.

Ensure accurate Transfer Out (TO) processing and timely resolution of stock discrepancies.

Conduct regular stock counts, zone audits, and inventory reconciliation.

Ensure proper storage and security of Schedule and high-risk drugs as per applicable requirements.

Supervise Pharmacy Aides and Store Assistants and allocate daily operational activities.

Maintain proper housekeeping and 5S practices within the pharmacy hub.

Prepare and submit daily EOD reports and operational trackers.

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of pharmacy inventory and warehouse operations.

Good understanding of FIFO/FEFO, GRN, purchase returns, stock reconciliation, and expiry management.

Working knowledge of MS Excel, including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and basic formulas.





Experience with Pharma ERP / SCM systems is preferred.

Positive analytical, coordination, and team-management skills.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Knowledge of pharmacy compliance and drug storage requirements.

Eligibility Criteria

B.Pharm / D.Pharm from a recognized institution.

Valid Registered Pharmacist License is mandatory.

2–4 years of relevant experience in a central pharmacy, hospital pharmacy, pharmacy hub, pharma warehouse, or similar environment.

Candidates with experience in pharmacy warehouse, inventory, logistics, or hub operations will be preferred.
