Position: Executive – Quality Control & Product Development

Location: Vile Parle East, Mumbai

Industry: Cosmetics / FMCG / Packaging

Experience: 2–4 Years

Qualification: B.Sc in Chemistry/ M.Sc. Chemistry

PG Diploma in Packaging Science & Technology

Job Responsibilities:

- Conduct testing of plastics, pigments, packaging materials and related products.
- Perform colour matching using Benchtop Spectrophotometer.
- Support quality control, product development and material testing activities.
- Ensure products meet quality specifications and regulatory standards.
- Maintain QC/QA documentation, test reports, dashboards and records.
- Identify quality issues and support root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for NPD and quality activities.




- Maintain material/testing inventory and support procurement activities.
- Prepare reports and maintain proper quality records.

Required Skills:

- Knowledge of plastic/material and pigment testing.
- Experience in colour matching and spectrophotometer preferred.
- Good understanding of QC/QA and TQM.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Conditional Formatting), MS Office and Google Workspace.
- Solid analytical, documentation and coordination skills.
