As the business continues to scale, we are strengthening our finance function to build greater visibility, control and commercial discipline across the organisation.

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Head of Finance to lead the complete finance function for Elevate Hostels.
This is a senior leadership role reporting directly to the Founders, with responsibility across financial planning, controllership, cash flow, budgeting, taxation, compliance, MIS, collections, vendor payments, cost control,



property-level financial performance and finance team planning and development.
The role requires someone who understands finance not only from an accounting perspective, but from an operating-business perspective.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in hospitality, co-living, student housing, hotels, serviced apartments or other multi-property operating businesses, with the ability to understand individual property economics, occupancy, revenue, manpower costs, F&B; costs, utilities, rentals and profitability.
The Head of Finance will work closely with the Founders and operating teams to strengthen financial controls, improve profitability, build a capable finance team and provide explicit financial visibility for business decisions.
