Job OverviewWe are looking for a motivated and organized Academic Coordinator to join our Academics team. This role is suitable for freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience who have good communication, coordination, and MS Office skills.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with faculty members and students to ensure smooth academic operations.
Organize and coordinate various academic activities.
Collect session plans from faculty members and maintain the Academic Calendar.
Prepare and manage lecture schedules and timetables.
Maintain student mentorship files and coordinate student development activities.
Manage daily student attendance, publish attendance reports, and share updates with relevant stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with attendance-related processes and maintain proper records.
Coordinate with the academic team regarding attendance policies and communicate the same to students.
Coordinate and assist in the smooth conduct of examinations at the campus.
Prepare examination timetables and coordinate with faculty members.
Ensure timely collection of question papers, evaluation, and result preparation.
Coordinate student viva, presentations, and other evaluation activities.
Maintain examination records and ensure proper documentation and compliance.
Assist with examination duties, including invigilation, as and when required.
Prepare academic reports and maintain student-related data using MS Excel.
Actively participate in organizational events, activities, and team initiatives.
Desired Skills
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Solid coordination and organizational skills.
Valuable knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Excel.
Ability to prepare reports and maintain accurate records.
