Account Manager – US Staffing & Business Development

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and grow US staffing client accounts.
Acquire current US clients and generate staffing requirements.
Build relationships with US hiring managers and decision-makers.
Coordinate with recruiters for candidate submissions.
Drive monthly staffing revenue and achieve business targets.
Expand existing accounts and generate repeat business.
Requirements:
6–10+ years of US IT Staffing experience.
Proven track record in client acquisition, account management & revenue generation.
Solid knowledge of the US staffing market.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Existing US client relationships/network preferred.
