Purplle – Beauty Advisor (BA)About the Role

Purplle is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Beauty Advisors to join our retail team. The Beauty Advisor will be responsible for assisting customers, understanding their beauty needs, recommending suitable products, and driving sales while delivering an excellent in-store experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and assist customers in the store.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable beauty, skincare, haircare, and cosmetic products.
- Explain product features, benefits, usage, and offers to customers.
- Achieve individual and store-level sales targets.
- Maintain strong product knowledge and stay updated on new launches and promotions.
- Demonstrate products and assist customers with product selection.
- Maintain attractive product displays and ensure proper merchandising.
- Ensure shelves are adequately stocked and products are properly arranged.
- Maintain excellent customer relationships and encourage repeat visits.
- Handle customer queries professionally and provide a positive shopping experience.
- Support billing, stock checks, inventory activities, and other store operations when required.
- Follow company policies, grooming standards,



and retail SOPs.

Candidate Profile
- Qualification: 10th / 12th / Graduate.
- Prior experience in beauty, cosmetics, skincare, fashion, retail, or sales is preferred.
- Freshers with valuable communication and a strong interest in beauty products can also apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused attitude with a willingness to achieve sales targets.
- Positive personality, professional appearance, and good grooming.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts and retail environments.
