Salary: 25,000 – 35,000 CTC per month, depending on experience and knowledge
Joining: Immediate Joiner preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Handle procurement of Mechanical, Electrical and General items.
- Identify and evaluate suitable vendors/suppliers.
- Obtain quotations, negotiate prices and finalize purchase orders.
- Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs) as per company requirements.
- Coordinate with vendors for timely delivery and quality of materials.
- Maintain proper purchase records and documentation.
- Coordinate with Stores, Maintenance, Production and other departments for material requirements.
- Monitor pending orders and ensure timely material availability.
- Ensure cost-effective procurement while maintaining quality and delivery standards.
Required Skills
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in Purchase/Procurement, preferably in a manufacturing industry.
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Valuable knowledge of ERP / SAP S/4HANA.
- Good command of MS Excel.
- Knowledge of mechanical, electrical and general industrial items.
- Good negotiation and vendor-management skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Immediate joiner will be preferred.
