Responsibilities:

- Take full ownership of user growth and overall product performance in the Indian market.
- Build and strengthen local networks and partnerships to enhance the team’s access to local publishing resources and deepen its understanding of local users.
- Lead cross-border collaboration and take accountability for execution efficiency, decision-making quality, and business outcomes.
- Continuously refine the country-level publishing strategy based on data insights and market feedback to respond effectively to competitors and evolving market dynamics.

Requirements:

- Resilient under pressure, with a strong growth mindset and a results-oriented approach.
- Experience in international marketing, game publishing, or a related field.
- Strong data sensitivity, analytical capability, and logical thinking.
- In-depth understanding of the user landscape, local culture, and channel ecosystem in overseas markets; familiarity with the Indian market is highly preferred.
- Professional proficiency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively in meetings, presentations, reports, and written correspondence.
- Proven people-management experience; experience leading cross-border teams and coordinating across multiple markets is preferred.
