Role: Psychology Teacher & Student Counsellor – IBDP

Key Responsibilities:

- Teach IBDP Psychology using engaging, inquiry-based and student-centred approaches.
- Plan lessons, assessments, and support students with IA and IBDP examination preparation.
- Provide individual and group counselling for students’ academic, emotional, social, and wellbeing needs.
- Identify students requiring additional support and coordinate appropriate referrals.
- Maintain confidentiality and follow safeguarding and child-protection policies.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, the IB Coordinator, and school leadership.




- Conduct wellbeing and life-skills sessions and contribute to the school’s pastoral programme.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Master’s degree in Psychology/Counselling or related field.
- Relevant teaching/counselling qualification.
- Experience teaching IBDP Psychology preferred.
- Strong communication, counselling, classroom-management, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working with adolescents in a school workplace.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
