Key Responsibilities
- Generate and manage real estate sales leads.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.
- Explain project details, pricing, amenities, and payment plans.
- Conduct property and site visits with prospective clients.
- Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.
- Build and maintain robust client relationships.
- Negotiate with clients and support deal closure.
- Coordinate with the internal sales and documentation teams.
- Maintain accurate customer and lead records.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.
