We are looking for a motivated fresher who is interested in building a career in interior project coordination, client handling, and site execution.

Role Description The Interior Site & Client Coordinator will be responsible for supporting ongoing interior projects in Jaipur. The role involves periodic site visits, coordinating with clients and vendors, following up on project work, and assisting the interior team in ensuring smooth project execution.

The candidate will work closely with the design and execution teams and will gradually take responsibility for coordinating day-to-day project activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit project sites periodically to check work progress and coordinate with the site team.
- Communicate with clients regarding project updates, requirements, and routine follow-ups.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, carpenters, electricians, and other site workers.
- Follow up on material deliveries, pending work, and site requirements.
- Assist the interior team in coordinating design and execution requirements.
- Maintain basic project updates, photographs, checklists, and reports.




- Identify routine site issues and communicate them to the concerned senior/team member.
- Coordinate meetings, site visits, approvals, and follow-ups with clients and vendors.
- Ensure assigned tasks and timelines are followed properly.
- Support the team in maintaining quality, cleanliness, and proper execution at project sites.

Requirements

- Female candidate preferred.
- Fresher or 0–1 year of experience in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Diploma or degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable with periodic site visits and interacting with clients and vendors.
- Basic understanding of interior materials, furniture, finishes, and construction work.
- Good follow-up and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel.
- Basic Knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, or other design tools will be an advantage.
- Should be organized, responsible, presentable, and willing to learn.
- Ability to handle multiple follow-ups and coordinate between different people.
