Production Merchandiser (Fashion Design or Production Background in Bridal Manufacturing Unit)

Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat

Key Responsibilities

Processing and managing bridal and wedding couture orders

- Production Planning: Assist in planning and scheduling production to meet deadlines and delivery dates.
- Task Allocation: Allocate tasks to production team members, such as cutters, embroiderers, and tailors etc.
- Quality Control: Conduct quality checks on products at various stages of production to ensure they meet quality standards.4. Communication: Liaise with designers, production team, and other departments to ensure smooth production flow.
- Documentation: Maintain production records, including production schedules, inventory levels, and quality control reports.

Skills and Qualifications





- Fashion Design or Production Background: Degree or diploma in fashion design, production, or a related field.
- Production Experience: 3-4 years of experience in a production environment, preferably in a bridal manufacturing unit.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: positive communication and interpersonal skills to work with designers, production team, and suppliers.
- Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve production issues.
- Attention to Detail: High attention to detail to ensure quality standards are met.
