Role Description The Production Incharge for Cosmetic Industry at AGOrganica will oversee day-to-day production operations, ensuring that manufacturing processes for personal care and cosmetic products run smoothly and efficiently. This full-time, on-site role based in Noida involves planning production schedules, allocating resources, and coordinating with R&D;, quality assurance, and procurement teams to meet output, quality, and safety targets.

The Production

Incharge will monitor equipment performance, supervise production staff, enforce Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and maintain compliance with relevant cosmetic regulations and company standards. The role also includes maintaining production documentation, optimizing workflows,



managing inventory levels for raw materials and packaging, and troubleshooting operational issues to prevent delays. Continuous improvement of production processes, cost control, and timely reporting to management are key aspects of this position.

Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of cosmetic or personal care manufacturing processes, including batching, filling, and packaging operations.
- Experience in production planning, resource allocation, and workflow optimization in a manufacturing setting.
- Understanding of quality assurance standards, GMP, and regulatory requirements related to cosmetics and personal care products.
- Ability to supervise and motivate production teams, with skills in people management and shift coordination.
- Proficiency in maintaining production records, basic data analysis, and use of ERP or production management software.
- Familiarity with industrial equipment operation, preventive maintenance practices, and safety protocols.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage timelines and handle multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with R&D;, quality, procurement, and management teams.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Chemistry, Cosmetic Science, Pharmacy, Chemical Engineering, or a related field preferred.
- Prior experience as Production Incharge, Production Supervisor, or similar role in the cosmetic, FMCG, or pharmaceutical industry is highly beneficial.
