Role Description The Production Engineer will work on-site in Ahmedabad in a full-time capacity, overseeing daily production activities to ensure efficient and secure operations.

Responsibilities include planning and organizing production schedules, monitoring processes, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to meet quality, cost, and delivery targets. The role involves identifying process improvements, implementing corrective actions,



and supporting the introduction of new products or technologies on the shop floor.

The Production

Engineer will also track production metrics, support maintenance efforts, and collaborate with quality teams to resolve issues and maintain compliance with standards.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Production Engineering, with practical understanding of manufacturing processes and equipment.
- Proficiency in Production Planning and workflow optimization to meet output and delivery goals.
- Experience in Quality Control, including inspection methods, defect analysis, and continuous improvement practices.
- Well-developed Analytical Skills for problem-solving, root cause analysis, and data-driven decision-making.
- Effective Communication skills for working with operators, supervisors, and management, and for clear documentation and reporting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Production, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Knowledge of safety standards and basic lean manufacturing or 5S principles is beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Ahmedabad, manage time effectively, and adapt to a fast-paced production environment.
