Job Title: Product Owner (Retail Banking Domain)

Location: Noida

Experience: 12+ Years in the core retail banking domain

Key Responsibilities:

- Gather, define, and prioritise business requirements in collaboration with business analysts, end users, regulatory teams, and technology leaders.
- Lead the agile product development process, defining and maintaining an extensive product backlog, refined & aligned with business goals.
- Own and manage the end-to-end product development lifecycle for retail core banking platforms.
- Ensure the seamless integration of banking solutions with payment gateways, risk and fraud management systems, credit scoring models, and regulatory reporting tools.
- Collaborate with cross teams to deliver scalable, secure, and compliant banking solutions.
- Ensure adherence to banking security standards, risk management policies, and data protection regulations.
- Track and measure product performance KPIs, user adoption, and market trends to drive continuous improvement.
- Act as the primary bridge between banking business units and technical teams, ensuring alignment on business objectives and technology capabilities.
- Review and accept the completed work from the development team,



ensuring it meets the defined acceptance criteria.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- 12+ years of experience in the core banking domain, digital banking solutions, retail and payments, and financial regulatory frameworks.
- Leading a team of business analysts and driving analysis tasks
- Experience in software product development, specifically in large-scale banking platforms.
- Experience working in agile development environments and leading teams using Scrum or Secure methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, and ALM tools.
- Experience in integrating banking solutions with third-party fintech platforms, open banking APIs, and regulatory compliance systems.
- Ability to analyse and leverage data-driven insights for decision-making, customer experience enhancement, and fraud prevention.
- Proven ability to work with banking regulators, financial partners, and cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or SAFe Product Owner certification.
- Hands-on experience in the retail banking domain, credit risk modelling, and digital banking solutions.
