We are looking for an experienced Product Owner to work closely with stakeholders, functional consultants, development teams, and customers to define product vision, manage priorities, and deliver high-quality product modules.
- Participate in all Scrum ceremonies – Daily Scrum, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review & Retrospective
- Collaborate with stakeholders, customers, business managers, functional consultants, and development teams
- Define and communicate the product vision and roadmap
- Own and manage specific product modules
- Gather and analyze feature requests and end-user requirements
- Prioritize and manage the product backlog
- Develop detailed user stories and acceptance criteria
- Work with functional consultants to translate requirements into development-ready stories
- Manage project deliverables using tools such as Jira / Jile
- Define sprint goals and coordinate sprint execution
- Plan product releases and upgrades
- Track progress and address production issues during sprints
- Incorporate feature requests into the product roadmap
- Analyze customer preferences and feedback
- Continuously improve Agile processes based on results and client feedback
- Stay updated with relevant industry and product trends
- Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience as a Product Owner / Product Manager or similar role
- 2+ years of experience in Finance & Accounting / Financial Products – Mandatory CSPO or equivalent certification – Mandatory
- Strong understanding of Agile / Scrum methodologies Hands-on experience managing the **product lifecycle
- Experience with **Product Backlog, User Stories & Acceptance Criteria
- Familiarity with Jira / Jile or similar project management tools
- Technical understanding of software development and web technologies
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Solid organizational and prioritization abilities
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
