Qualification: B.E/B.Tech - Mechanical, Production, Manufacturing

Experience: 1 5- 21 Years

Position Summary:

To lead and manage production on all the brazing lines to achieve quality, productivity, cost, safety, and delivery targets as per requirement of customer.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, organize, and monitor all production activities in line with Customer requirements.
- Manage manufacturing on Brazing Furnace Lines & Finning machines
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, approved drawings, welding procedures, and customer specifications.
- Coordinate with Planning, Quality, Maintenance, Purchase, and Stores departments.
- Optimize manpower, machinery,



and material utilization to improve productivity and reduce costs.
- Drive Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, TPM, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure HSE compliance and maintain a secure work environment.
- Lead and develop production teams while monitoring KPIs.
- Ensure timely production and delivery as per customer commitments.
- Control manufacturing costs and manage departmental budgets.
- Experience of Brazing/ Cab Line is a must. He should a team builder and should ensure training of his team to get consistent results.
