We re looking for a product thinker who doesnt just manage products. We re looking for someone who can imagine what the product should become. Someone who can take a messy problem, understand the user, simplify it, sketch the experience, prototype it with AI, work with engineers, launch it and then obsess over whether people actually use it.
This is NOT a traditional PM role.
What were looking for
- You dont have to be an ML engineer.
- But you should be AI-native.
- You should be comfortable experimenting with LLMs, AI agents, AI prototyping/coding tools and emerging technology and understand enough about them to recognise what is genuinely useful versus what is just hype.
- You should have robust product and design instincts.
- You dont need to be a UI designer.
- But you should notice when an experience is confusing, cluttered or unnecessarily complicated.
- You should be able to sketch an idea, build a prototype, put it in front of users and learn.
Most importantly: You should be able to think.
Wed particularly like to meet people who have
- 3-7 years of product-building experience
- Shipped 0 1 or significantly transformed existing products
- Strong UX/product design sensibility
- Worked closely with engineering and design
- Built or shipped AI-enabled products
- High ownership and comfort with ambiguity
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- A genuine curiosity about how technology changes human behaviour
Great product judgment is.
What we can offer
- You will have meaningful ownership and the opportunity to shape how a modern university approaches product, technology, AI and the learner experience.
- If youre someone who would rather build the prototype than write a 20-page document explaining why we should build it, wed like to hear from you.
