Role Description The Presales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. This position is responsible for engaging prospective customers, understanding their housing and lifestyle needs, and presenting Ankura Homes projects and offerings in a clear, compelling manner. Day-to-day tasks include conducting presales consultations, preparing and delivering sales presentations, coordinating site visits, and supporting the sales team with detailed project information and proposals.

The role involves collaborating with project management and integration teams to ensure customer requirements are accurately captured and aligned with project plans.

The Presales

Manager is also expected to track leads,



maintain presales documentation, and provide regular insights to management on customer preferences and market trends.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Sales and Presales skills, including lead qualification, solution presentation, and proposal support.
- Candidates should possess Consulting skills to understand customer needs, recommend suitable solutions, and build long-term relationships.
- Candidates should possess Project Management and Integration skills to coordinate with internal teams and ensure smooth implementation of customer requirements.
- Relevant experience in real estate, housing projects, or lifestyle-oriented communities is beneficial.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively on-site in Hyderabad.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a related field; advanced certifications in sales or project management are an advantage.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, basic data analysis, and MS Office; ability to prepare clear reports and presentations.
