Job Title: PreSales Team Lead

Role Description The Presales Team Lead (Real Estate) is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad. This role involves overseeing the presales process for real estate projects, including managing inbound and outbound inquiries, qualifying leads, and coordinating with the sales team to drive conversions.

The Presales Team

Lead will guide and support a team of presales executives, monitor performance, and ensure consistent communication with prospective clients through calls, emails, and digital channels. Daily responsibilities include preparing presentations, maintaining lead databases, sharing project information, and providing timely follow-ups to maximize client engagement. The role also includes collaborating with management on presales strategy, reporting, and continuous improvement of customer experience.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust Communication skills,



including clear verbal and written interaction, customer engagement, and presentation capabilities.
- Candidates should possess proven Team Leadership and Team Management skills to mentor, motivate, and oversee presales executives.
- Candidates should possess solid Sales and Presales skills, including lead qualification, pipeline management, and collaboration with the sales team.
- Relevant experience in real estate presales or real estate sales, with familiarity in local market dynamics, will be beneficial.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to use CRM or similar tools for tracking leads and performance.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet targets and timelines.
- A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, real estate, or a related field is preferred.
