Role & responsibilities

- Lead Production Planning & Control activities to ensure timely customer deliveries.

- Drive demand forecasting, production scheduling, capacity planning, and inventory management.

- Develop and execute techno-commercial strategies to optimize cost, delivery, and operational efficiency.

- Manage multi-part planning across diverse product lines and manufacturing processes.

- Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to balance demand and supply.

- Monitor production KPIs, inventory levels, OTIF, and working capital targets.

- Support new product launches and business growth initiatives through effective planning.

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in planning processes and supply chain efficiency.

- Lead and mentor PPC teams while collaborating with cross-functional leadership.

Preferred candidate profile





- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering; MBA/PGDM preferred.

- 15+ years of experience in PPC, Manufacturing Planning, or Operations.

- Proven experience in Automotive / Auto Components / Manufacturing Industry.

- Strong exposure to Techno-Commercial functions, customer management, and supplier coordination.

- Hands-on experience in handling multiple parts/SKUs, production scheduling, and inventory control is mandatory .

- Valuable understanding of ERP systems (SAP preferred).

- Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
