Job Title – PPC & Dispatch Executive

Company: Leading Packaging Machine Manufacturing Company

Location: Rajkot – Ravki

Position: PPC & Dispatch Executive

CTC: Up to ₹3.0 LPA – ₹3.5 LPA (Based on Skills)

Experience – 1+ Year

Education: B.E. / B.Tech

Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Responsibilities

1. Production Planning & Control:

– Prepare and manage assembly schedules for packaging machines. – Plan production activities based on machine requirements and the Bill of Materials (BOM).

– Monitor component availability and ensure timely availability of materials for production.

– Coordinate with relevant departments to maintain smooth production flow.

1. Shortage Control:

– Identify and monitor electrical and mechanical component shortages. – Coordinate with the Design, Procurement, and Assembly teams to resolve shortages.

– Follow up on pending components and ensure timely closure of shortages.

– Maintain proper records of material requirements and shortages.

1. Dispatch Management:

– Coordinate and supervise the dispatch of completed machines. – Ensure proper wooden crating and packaging of machines before dispatch.

– Coordinate heavy loading activities and ensure protected handling of equipment.

– Ensure machines are transported safely and minimize the risk of damage during transit.

1. Documentation:

– Prepare and manage Tax Invoices,



Delivery Challans, Packing Lists, and E-Way Bills. – Ensure dispatch-related documentation is accurate and completed on time.

– Maintain proper records of dispatched machines and related documents.

Key Skills

– ERP knowledge/proficiency

– Good understanding of BOM (Bill of Materials)

– Production planning and scheduling

– Dispatch and logistics knowledge

– Understanding of safe transportation and heavy equipment handling

– Good coordination and communication skills

– Problem-solving ability

– Ability to work with multiple departments

– Basic knowledge of production and manufacturing processes
