Job Responsibilities

- Perform buff polishing, pre-polishing, and final polishing of gold and diamond jewellery.

- Polish jewellery pieces according to required finishing and quality standards.

- Handle polishing machines, wheels, buffs, brushes, and other polishing tools safely.

- Remove scratches, marks, and surface imperfections from jewellery.

- Maintain proper shine, smoothness, and finishing without damaging stones or jewellery details.

- Inspect finished pieces for polishing quality and ensure they meet production standards.

- Coordinate with setters, assemblers, and quality-control teams when required.

- Maintain cleanliness and proper handling of jewellery during the polishing process.

- Follow workplace safety and production procedures.

Required Skills





- Good knowledge of jewellery polishing and finishing techniques.

- Experience in gold and diamond jewellery polishing preferred.

- Positive hand skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to identify surface defects and achieve consistent finishing.

- Knowledge of polishing tools, machines, compounds, and buffing wheels.

- Ability to work efficiently while maintaining quality.
