We are looking for a Brand Strategist & Account Executive to manage client communication, understand business requirements, develop strategic directions, and coordinate with our internal creative, content, social media, and website teams.
The ideal candidate should be a strong communicator, strategic thinker, and organised account manager who can turn client requirements into clear and actionable briefs. Role Overview
As a Brand Strategist & Account Executive, you will be the bridge between the client and the internal execution team .

You will work closely with clients to understand their business objectives and translate them into effective strategies and briefs for social media, branding, and website projects. Key Responsibilities1. Client Communication & Account Management
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients. Build and maintain strong, skilled relationships with clients. Understand client objectives, requirements, expectations, and business challenges. Conduct client calls and meetings and document key discussions. Coordinate with clients for approvals, feedback, content, assets, and other requirements. Share project updates, timelines, and deliverables with clients. Manage client feedback and ensure it is clearly communicated to the relevant internal teams. Proactively identify and resolve communication gaps or project issues.
