Dameasy Consumer Products is looking for an experienced, hands-on Plant Head to lead manufacturing operations at our Gurugram facility.

We are building a next-generation food & beverage manufacturing platform, partnering with emerging and established brands to deliver end-to-end “Concept to Carton” solutions across multiple product categories.

This is a shop-floor leadership role for someone who understands that strong manufacturing performance comes from a combination of people, processes, controls and accountability.

What You Will Own

- End-to-end production execution and achievement of daily, weekly and monthly production plans.
- Leadership of production executives, shift supervisors, operators, technicians, helpers and contractual manpower.
- Manpower planning, deployment, productivity, discipline, attendance and overtime control.
- Production performance across output, OEE/line efficiency, yield, batch cycle time, downtime, changeovers, rejection, rework and wastage.
- Daily operating controls and MIS covering plan vs. actual, manpower, productivity, yield, losses and corrective actions.
- Development of strong shift supervisors with clear ownership of production and manpower performance.
- Root-cause resolution of recurring losses, breakdowns, bottlenecks and operational inefficiencies.
- Strong adherence to SOPs, process parameters, batch controls, hygiene, housekeeping and manufacturing standards.
- Coordination with Quality, Maintenance, Planning, Stores and NPD to ensure reliable production execution.
- Continuous improvement in productivity, manufacturing efficiency and conversion costs.





Who We Are Looking ForWe are looking for someone with:
- 10–12+ years of manufacturing experience, with substantial experience specifically in the Food & Beverage industry.
- Experience in food, beverages, sauces, condiments, syrups, juices, dairy, processed foods or similar F&B; manufacturing environments.
- Strong experience managing blue-collar and contractual manpower across multiple shifts.
- Current or recent experience in a senior production/manufacturing leadership position such as Plant Head, Factory Head, Production Head, Manufacturing Head, Operations Head, AGM/DGM Manufacturing or equivalent.
- Strong working knowledge of production planning, OEE, yield, downtime, changeovers, manpower productivity, production MIS, material reconciliation and manufacturing cost control.
- A hands-on, data-driven leadership style with the ability to develop supervisors, enforce operating discipline and drive measurable improvements.

ImportantSubstantial Food & Beverage manufacturing experience is mandatory for this position.

Candidates whose manufacturing experience is predominantly from automotive, engineering, electronics, textiles, chemicals, pharmaceuticals or other non-F&B; industries will not be considered for this role.
