Hiring: Plant Accounts & Reconciliation Officer

Location: Indore, Madhya Pradesh

Salary: Up to ₹30,000 per month

Experience: Minimum: 3Years

Qualification: Accounting / Finance / Commerce or related field

Job Responsibilities:

- Handle daily Milk GRV booking and reconcile farmer delivery notes with milk received at the plant.
- Reconcile maintenance, repair & maintenance, and spare-parts consumption costs.
- Reconcile Engineering Store spare-parts issues with maintenance and repair activities.
- Handle CAPEX reconciliation, including approval verification, cost allocation, and Sage booking.
- Monitor and reconcile fuel consumption for generators, forklifts, and company vehicles.
- Verify supporting documents, quantities, values, invoices, and accounting entries.
- Prepare daily plant reports and reconciliation statements as required.
- Identify and report variances, discrepancies,



and accounting mismatches.

Candidate Requirements:

- Qualification in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
- Good knowledge of GRV, inventory, costing, invoices, and reconciliation.
- Working knowledge of Sage / ERP and MS Excel.
- Solid analytical, reporting, and reconciliation skills.
- Good attention to detail and ability to identify variances.
- Ability to work independently and meet daily deadlines.
