Role Description This is a remote, contract role for a Phonics & Public Speaking Professional Expert working with grownup students and younger kids. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and delivering online phonics and public speaking lessons, tailoring instruction to different age groups and proficiency levels. The professional will design structured lesson plans, create engaging learning materials, and use interactive techniques to build confidence in pronunciation, reading fluency, voice modulation, and presentation skills.

Additional tasks include assessing learner progress, providing constructive feedback,



maintaining communication with learners or guardians, and updating teaching strategies based on individual needs and learning outcomes.

Qualifications

- Strong expertise in phonics instruction and spoken English, including clear pronunciation, articulation, and reading fluency.
- Demonstrated experience in public speaking coaching, such as voice modulation, stage presence, storytelling, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in designing age-appropriate lesson plans and teaching materials for both grownup learners and younger kids.
- Comfort with online teaching tools, learning management systems, and digital collaboration platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate diverse learners.
- Prior teaching, training, or tutoring experience in language, communication, or performing arts is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work independently from home, manage schedules effectively, and deliver sessions reliably in a remote setup.
- Relevant academic background in Education, English, Communication, or related fields, or comparable practical experience.
