Role Description This is a full-time remote freelancing role for a Phonics & Public Speaking Professional Expert teaching both grownup students and younger kids. The professional will design and deliver online lessons in phonics, pronunciation, and spoken English, as well as public speaking, voice modulation, and presentation skills tailored to different age groups. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning lesson content, conducting live online classes, providing individualized feedback, and tracking learner progress.

The role also involves preparing teaching materials, collaborating with the academic team to refine curricula, and maintaining an engaging, supportive virtual classroom environment.



The professional is expected to manage schedules independently, ensure high-quality instruction, and uphold Fantastiqo’s standards for learner motivation and academic growth.

Qualifications

- Strong teaching skills in phonics, spoken English, and public speaking for diverse age groups, with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
- Experience delivering online classes, using digital learning tools and virtual classroom platforms effectively.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with a learner-centered, inclusive teaching approach.
- Ability to design structured lesson plans, create engaging learning materials, and adapt content to different proficiency levels.
- Demonstrated patience, empathy, and cultural sensitivity when working with children and adult learners.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, English, Communication, or a related field; specialized training or certification in phonics or public speaking is an advantage.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection, suitable home workspace, and willingness to work flexible hours as per learner schedules.
- Prior online tutoring, school teaching, or corporate training experience is highly beneficial.
