- Subject Delivery: Teach core psychological theories, human behavior, and mental processes clearly to high school students.
- Practical & Case Studies: Conduct practical lab experiments, case study analyses, and interactive discussions.
- Assessments: Design question papers, quizzes, and board-aligned evaluations, then grade student performance fairly.
- Student Counseling: Guide adolescents through behavioral, emotional, and academic stress management.
- Administrative Duties: Maintain academic logs on school ERP systems and participate in parent-teacher meetings (PTMs).
Eligibility & Qualifications
- Education: A Master's degree in Psychology (Clinical, Counseling, or Applied Psychology).
- Professional Training: A Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) is widely preferred or required by senior secondary institutions.
- Skills: Solid communication, patience, empathy, and effective classroom management.
