About the Role

We are looking for a highly polished, discreet, service-oriented and experienced Butler to provide personalized executive and hospitality support to Mr. Anand Prakash Chouksey and Mr. Kabir Chouksey.

The role requires exceptional etiquette, attention to detail, anticipation of needs, guest management and service excellence, supporting the principals across their professional, executive and personal requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Personalized Butler Service: Deliver attentive, tailored service based on the Chairman & MD’s personal preferences, routines and requirements.





F&B; & Dining Excellence: Prepare and serve tea, coffee, beverages, breakfast, meals and refreshments; ensure impeccable table setting, presentation and formal dining service.

VIP & Guest Hospitality: Welcome, receive and personally attend to VIP, family and social guests with warmth, discretion and exceptional service.

Private Events: Manage hospitality and service for private dinners, parties, celebrations and social gatherings, ensuring flawless execution.

Anticipatory Service: Proactively understand and fulfil requirements before they are expressed, creating a seamless and personalized experience.

Personal Preferences: Maintain a strong understanding of preferred cuisine, beverages, dining styles, service standards and daily routines.

Wardrobe & Travel Assistance: Support wardrobe preparation, packing/unpacking and personal requirements for business and leisure travel.

Household Coordination: Coordinate closely with chefs, housekeeping, drivers, security and other support staff to ensure smooth and efficient service.

Personal & Lifestyle Support: Assist with gifting, special occasions, personal errands and other lifestyle requirements as assigned.

Guest & Dining Areas: Ensure dining, guest and personal spaces are impeccably prepared,



organized and presented.

Travel & On-the-Go Support: Provide discreet assistance during travel and manage last-minute personal, hospitality and guest requirements.

Family Hospitality: Extend courteous, respectful and personalized service to family members while maintaining professional boundaries.

Cultural Sensitivity: Respect and adapt to the family’s traditions, preferences, customs and lifestyle.

Confidentiality: Maintain absolute discretion and confidentiality regarding the Chairman & MD, family, guests, personal preferences and private affairs.

Ideal Candidate

- Prior experience as a Personal Butler, Executive Butler, Private Butler, Senior Steward, Guest Relations Executive or Luxury Hospitality Professional.
- Experience serving HNI/UHNI individuals, business families, corporate executives, luxury hotels or premium residences will be preferred.
- Excellent spoken English and professional communication skills.
- Impeccable grooming, manners and personal presentation.
- Strong understanding of formal service etiquette and protocol.
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
- Discreet, trustworthy, dependable and mature.
- Ability to remain calm and composed while handling multiple requirements.
- Flexible to support the principals’ requirements beyond routine working hours when required.
- Willingness to travel with the principals, as required.
