Performance Marketing Specialist – US Market

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Specialist with solid hands-on experience managing paid advertising campaigns for the US market .

The candidate must have expertise in Google Ads, Google Local Services Ads (LSA), and Meta Ads , along with proven experience managing significant advertising budgets and generating measurable conversions.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and optimize Google Ads, Google LSA Ads and Meta Ads campaigns for the US market.
- Plan and execute lead-generation and conversion-focused paid advertising campaigns.
- Manage significant advertising budgets while maintaining efficient CPL, CPA and ROAS.
- Analyze campaign performance and implement optimization strategies.
- Monitor lead quality, conversion rates and campaign profitability.
- Develop and execute paid acquisition strategies for US-based clients.
- Continuously test and optimize campaigns, audiences, creatives and bidding strategies.
- Track campaign performance and identify opportunities for improving conversions and ROI.

Mandatory Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience working with the US market.




- Must have personally managed a minimum advertising budget of USD $50,000 per month.
- Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads – Mandatory.
- Strong hands-on experience with Google Local Services Ads (LSA) – Mandatory.
- Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads – Mandatory.
- Proven experience in lead generation and conversion-focused campaigns.
- Strong understanding of CPL, CPA, ROAS, conversion tracking and campaign optimization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Recent experience working with a Digital Marketing Agency is preferred.
