Role Description The Performance Specialist will support the optimization of service delivery and operational efficiency across Caprus’ virtual staffing solutions. This full-time, on-site role based in Delhi involves monitoring performance metrics, analyzing data from client engagements, and identifying trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
The individual will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement performance management frameworks, conduct performance testing of processes and workflows, and recommend actionable improvements. Daily tasks include preparing performance reports, communicating insights to stakeholders, assisting in setting performance targets,
and supporting continuous improvement initiatives to enhance client satisfaction and business outcomes.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and Data Analysis capabilities to interpret metrics, uncover trends, and support data-driven decisions.
- Candidates should possess solid Performance Management skills to design, track, and improve performance frameworks and KPIs.
- Candidates should possess experience with Performance Testing to evaluate processes, identify bottlenecks, and validate improvements.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to present findings clearly, collaborate with teams, and interact with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Relevant experience in operations, business process optimization, or performance analysis in a service-oriented or outsourcing setting is beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency with spreadsheets, reporting tools, and basic data visualization; familiarity with performance dashboards is an advantage.
