Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Personal Loan Consultant role based in the Greater Delhi Area.

The Personal Loan

Consultant will guide customers through the entire personal loan process, from initial inquiry and eligibility assessment to documentation, submission, and follow-up with partner banks and NBFCs.

Responsibilities include explaining loan products and terms, assisting customers in comparing offers, ensuring accurate data collection, and leveraging credit score analytics to recommend suitable options. The role involves providing responsive customer service, resolving queries, coordinating with internal teams and lending partners,



and maintaining compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. The consultant will also contribute to process improvements and uphold a skilled, ethical approach in all customer interactions.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills related to Loan Officers and Loan Origination, including assessing eligibility, structuring loan applications, and coordinating approvals.
- Candidates should possess Finance and Loans skills, including basic understanding of lending products, interest rates, and repayment structures.
- Candidates should possess strong Customer Service skills, with the ability to communicate clearly, manage queries, and build long-term relationships.
- Relevant experience in retail lending, banking, NBFCs, or financial services is highly beneficial.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English and local languages, with strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work on-site in the Greater Delhi Area, manage multiple cases simultaneously, and maintain attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency with digital tools and CRM platforms; familiarity with credit score concepts and documentation requirements for personal loans.
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in finance, business, commerce, or a related field is preferred.
