5+ years of hands on experience with Active Directory, Azure AD / Microsoft Entra ID (User/Group/Access Management, Conditional Access, Access Policies), and Microsoft 365 identity objectsn
Robust troubleshooting skills for user access, group membership, and directory synchronization issuesn
Ability to follow structured processes while maintaining attention to detailn
Documentation and communication skillsn
Proven ability to collaborate across technical and non technical teamsn
Experience in production setting,
