We are looking for a hands-on Performance Marketing & Growth qualified with proven experience working in Gaming / Real Money Gaming / Betting or other high-risk and policy-sensitive industries.
⚠️ High-Risk / Gaming Industry Experience is MANDATORY.
This role is not for general digital marketers . We are specifically looking for someone who understands the challenges of scaling performance marketing in high-risk environments while managing ROAS, account health, policy compliance and revenue growth.
? What You Will Own
- Plan, launch, optimize and scale campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads and other performance channels
- Manage and scale multiple advertising accounts
- Handle significant monthly advertising budgets and optimize spend for profitable growth
- Own ROAS, CAC, CPA, CPI, CVR, LTV and Revenue
- Build and optimize the complete funnel:
- Ad → Landing Page/App → Registration → Deposit/Payment → Revenue
- Develop acquisition, retargeting, remarketing and re-engagement strategies
- Continuously test creatives, audiences, landing pages, offers and campaign structures
- Identify performance issues and implement data-driven solutions
- Work closely with Creative, Product, Technology and Analytics teams
- Build scalable user acquisition strategies while maintaining healthy unit economics
?️ HIGH-RISK EXPERIENCE — MANDATORY You should have hands-on experience with:
- Google Ads & Meta Ads policy compliance
- Advertising account restrictions and suspensions
- Account recovery / troubleshooting
- New account warm-up and stabilization
- Managing multiple advertising accounts
- Business continuity and backup account structures
- Scaling campaigns while maintaining account health and compliance
? YOU SHOULD BE COMFORTABLE WITH ROAS | CAC | CPA | CPI | CTR | CVR | LTV | Revenue | Profitability
