About the Role

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive who can plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Meta Ads and Google Ads.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with campaign data, identifying growth opportunities, generating qualified leads, and continuously improving campaign performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute performance marketing campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other relevant platforms.
- Set up and manage campaigns for Lead Generation, Website Traffic, Conversions, WhatsApp, and Sales.
- Conduct audience research, competitor research, and campaign planning.
- Create and test different audiences, ad creatives, copy, offers, and landing pages.
- Monitor key metrics such as CPL, CPA, CTR, CPC, CPM, ROAS, conversion rate, and lead quality.
- Continuously optimize campaigns based on performance data.
- Manage campaign budgets and ensure efficient use of advertising spend.
- Identify underperforming campaigns and implement optimization strategies.
- Work closely with the creative, content, SEO, and sales teams to improve campaign results.
- Set up and monitor conversion tracking using tools such as GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and Conversion APIs.
- Prepare regular campaign performance reports and communicate insights to the team.
- Stay updated with changes in Meta Ads, Google Ads, tracking, and performance marketing trends.

Required Skills

- Hands-on knowledge of Meta Ads Manager.
- Good understanding of Google Ads.




- Understanding of lead generation and conversion funnels.
- Knowledge of GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and conversion tracking.
- Ability to analyze campaign data and make optimization decisions.
- Understanding of A/B testing and campaign experimentation.
- Good knowledge of digital marketing fundamentals.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and reporting skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with B2B lead generation.
- Experience running campaigns for clinics, real estate, education, SaaS, ecommerce, or local businesses.
- Basic understanding of SEO, landing pages, CRO, and remarketing.
- Experience with WhatsApp/Click-to-WhatsApp campaigns.
- Experience working with CRM or lead management systems.
